These terms govern your use of CoachConnection, operated by the Institute of Coaching Studies. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them alongside our privacy policy and community guidelines.

Who can use CoachConnection

CoachConnection is for coaches who want to practice with qualified peers. You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.

What the platform does

We help qualified coaches find each other and give you a private inbox to schedule your sessions. You and your peer agree the times, the format, and the video platform you’ll use. CoachConnection does not schedule, host, track, or record your sessions.

Verification

To join the platform, we review the credential or training information you provide. We may approve, decline, or ask for more information, and we may remove you from the platform if information turns out to be inaccurate. Once you are verified, you must fill in your full profile to appear in the directory and connect with others.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform lawfully and in line with our community guidelines. Do not misuse it, attempt to access other people's accounts, or use it to send spam or promotions. We will suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or our guidelines.

Your content

You keep ownership of the profile details, documents, and messages you provide. You grant us permission to store and display them as needed to run the service, for example showing your profile to other verified members.

No warranty and limitation of liability

CoachConnection is provided as is. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, or the conduct, quality, or outcome of any peer session. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Institute of Coaching Studies is not liable for loss arising from your use of the platform or from your interactions with other coaches. Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Some sections, such as those on liability, continue to apply after your account ends.
