Accessibility statement
CoachConnection is committed to making its website usable by everyone, whatever their abilities or the technology they use. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA, the standard referenced by EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act.
What we provide
- An accessibility menu, available from the round button in the bottom-left corner of every page, where you can enlarge text, switch to high contrast, reduce motion, use a plainer font, and underline links. Your choices are saved in your browser.
- Full keyboard support, including a skip-to-content link and visible focus outlines.
- Screen reader support: labelled forms and controls, announced status messages, and text alternatives for images.
- A responsive layout that works on phones and supports browser zoom up to at least 200 percent.
- Respect for your operating system's reduced-motion preference.
Known limitations
Documents uploaded by members (such as credential certificates) are shown as provided and may not be fully accessible. If you have trouble with any part of the site, we will help you complete the task another way.
